Fire Watch
Trained officers on patrol whenever your fire protection systems can't do the job.
When a fire alarm or sprinkler system is out of service, or during hot work and certain construction, the fire marshal may require a fire watch until the system is restored. We can usually staff a fire watch at short notice.
What our fire watch officers do
- Continuous patrols of the affected areas, as the fire marshal requires
- Detailed, time-stamped patrol logs for your records and inspections
- Checking exits, extinguishers and hazards on every round
- Raising the alarm and calling 911 immediately if fire is found
- Personnel with specific certifications available on request
When you might need one
Fire alarm or sprinkler outages and repairs, hot work such as welding and cutting, construction and renovation, and events in buildings with temporary systems.
